Effective May 1, 2018, the Honorable Joan G. Margolis retired from serving as a full time United States Magistrate Judge and assumed the status of a recalled magistrate judge. Judge Margolis continues to hold settlement conferences on a frequent basis. Parties may either email her, or alternatively, call her telephone number to inquire about availability. She does not have any Chambers staff, but will respond to voice messages left when she is not in the courthouse.
