Notice to Counsel Regarding Electronic Availability of Digital Audio Files of Court Proceedings
Effective December 1, 2015, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut will initiate a pilot project to make digital audio files of court proceedings available to the public over the Internet through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system. During the pilot, audio files of select court proceedings held in front of the Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant will be uploaded to the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system. Although these recordings are not the official record, counsel of record can download the recording with their one “free look,” and other PACER users can access the audio files at a rate of $2.40 per recording.
